- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Shelter had a foul odor, cats had minimal litter in pans, news paper was saturated with urine, small dogs were curled up on concrete shivering, there were no towels or blankets in kennels. Multiple piles of feces in kennels, including diarrhea. Dogs were dirty, tangled and had no chance of adoption in their present state.
