- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This year, i had complexities around my taxes, so i came into this location for assistance. LINDER CARPENTER "assisted me" with nothing terrible hospitality and very poor service! Filing taxes is a pain in the butt, thats fine. I didnt expect this 15 year old veteran in the field to be so disrepectful, insensitive, non-chalant and sarcastic about every question and/ or comment i tried to make. She was not thorough and cares more about accumlating PENALTIES than reimbursements or credits! In the end, all I could do to NOT punch her in the mouth was simply ask for my paperwork & leave, without ever filing my taxes at all; So thats what i did. She ruined Jackson Hewitt's repuatation and i will never go to another Jackson Hewitt again. She is extremely rude, no maners-- The only time she ever smiled at me was not during an introduction or anything, ONLY to let me know that i was due to recieve a penalty. If you go to this location, DO NOT use LINDA CARPENTER!By sheldon smith, June 26, 2017
